Saint Righteous King of Serbia Vladislav. Wooden orthodox icon.

Saint King Vladislav of Serbia, son of Saint King Stefan, reigned from 1234 to 1242. He was distinguished by his kindness and mercy towards the sick, wanderers and the poor, and built a monastery in Mileševo, where he died (between 1264 and 1281) and was buried there.

Saint's Day of Remembrance: October 7

The icon is made by printing on a wooden board. Paints are mineral, do not fade with time. The thickness of the board is 2 cm. The board is covered with primer by hand. The image is covered with wax. Each icon has a metal mount on the back side so that you can hang the icon on the wall. The icon has no recess, the surface is smooth.
