Do I receive a tracking number?
Yes, every order includes tracking.

Are taxes and duties included?
Import duties are fully covered for US orders. For other countries, local taxes may apply.

What if my icon arrives damaged?
We will replace or refund damaged items free of charge.

Can I return an icon if I don’t like it?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. (If the item is not defective, the buyer pays for return shipping. We will refund the cost of the icon within 7 days of receiving the return.)

Can you create a custom icon?
Yes, please send us a high-quality image. Pricing is the same as standard icons.

Can I order an other size?
Yes, we make icons of any size. Larger sizes require individual shipping calculation.
