All icons are carefully handcrafted and shipped from Portugal using secure protective packaging.

Please allow 3–5 business days for preparation before dispatch.

What are the delivery times?

• Europe: 3–7 business days
• USA: 5–10 business days
• Australia: 15–30 business days

FedEx Express shipping is available worldwide.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Every order includes full tracking so you can follow your parcel at every step.

Are taxes and duties included?

For USA orders, import duties are fully covered by us.
For other destinations, local customs fees or taxes may apply depending on country regulations.

🔹 Returns & Orders

What if my icon arrives damaged?

We will gladly replace or fully refund any item damaged during delivery.

Can I return an icon?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

If the item is not defective, return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the return is received, the product cost will be refunded within 7 days.

🔹 Custom Icons & Sizes

Can you create a custom icon?

Yes. We can create a custom icon from your image or requested saint. Please send us a high-quality reference image ou send us this form: https://iconsofsaints.com/pages/custom-icon-orders

Pricing is generally the same as our standard icons.

Can I order another size?

Yes. We can produce icons in custom sizes, including larger formats. Shipping for oversized items is quoted individually.
