Icon of the Savior Jesus Christ "The Good Shepherd"

The iconography of the icon comes from the Gospel of John, where the Lord says: "I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. ...I am the good shepherd; and I know mine, and mine know Me.As the Father knows Me, so I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep" (John 10-11, 14-16). The memory of God's great sacrifice for us and our salvation.

The icon is made by printing on a wooden board. Paints are mineral, do not fade with time. The thickness of the board is 2 cm. The board is covered with primer by hand. The image is covered with wax. Each icon has a metal mount on the back side so that you can hang the icon on the wall.
