The Icon of the Mother of God “Leaping of the Child” is an image of the Motherly love of the Mother of God. Looking at the icon, we remember the great sacrifice that Christ made and the suffering that the Most Holy Theotokos endured with him. In the miraculous image, through prayers before which many were healed of infertility, the Infant Jesus stretches out his hands to the Mother of God in play, and She presses her cheek to Him. The icon is made by printing on a wooden board. Paints are mineral, do not fade with time. The thickness of the board is 2 cm. The board is covered with primer by hand. The image is covered with wax. Each icon has a metal mount on the back side so that you can hang the icon on the wall.
