All orders are shipped from Portugal with secure and protective packaging.

How long does order processing take?

Order processing takes 3–5 business days before shipment.

We ship worldwide via FedEx Express and Standard Post. Estimated delivery times are provided in our general FAQ and at checkout.

Do I need to pay import duties or customs fees?

For many destinations, we ship on a DDP basis (Delivered Duties Paid) — import duties are covered by us.

What is the icon made of and what is included?

The icon is made on an MDF wooden base, printed with mineral pigment inks, and protected with natural beeswax.

A hanging mount is included.

Is the icon hand-painted or printed?

The image is created using direct artistic multi-layer printing with mineral pigments, then protected with beeswax for durability.

The icon board is prepared by hand, and the back side is finished manually with a brush.

This method allows us to achieve museum-quality reproduction, which is only possible using professional equipment.

Can I order an icon using my own image?

Yes. You can send us a high-quality image, and we will create a custom icon for you.

The price will be the same as for other icons available on our website.

Can the icon be made in a larger or different size?

Yes, we can produce icons in any size.

Shipping costs for larger formats are calculated individually.

Blessing is not included as part of the order.

If you wish, the icon can be blessed at your local parish.
